GSM Development was founded to provide creative solutions for our utility clients to help them achieve their goals.  GSM initially focused on the electric power industry, recognizing that regulatory changes and environmental concerns would lead to expanded entrepreneurial opportunities. Later it became evident that water and gas utilities faced similar challenges due to aging infrastructure. 

 

These challenges required additional efforts to keep legacy systems running efficiently and reliably.  In many cases, utility infrastructure would have to be replaced to keep up with increasing demand.  Entities looking to engage diverse firms in a meaningful way were struggling to find firms capable of managing significant portions of large projects. GSM offer solutions to address those concerns.
